Spachiana is called the Torch cactus due to the bright orange stickers on the crown. They can reach 6-7 feet. Pink flower buds appear in Spring opening into hugely magnificent white flowers with yellow center. Blooms appear in early spring through the summer.

A native of South America this cactus grows to six feet at a rate of 4-6 inches annually. Flowers large, white blooms from June through November in Pacific Northwest.
